Tired of the same old routine? There are SO many fun things to see, do, and explore at Port Discovery! In addition to our daily programs, you’ll find fun family events like Set Sail for School, National Ice Cream Day Celebration, Winter Break, Noontime New Year, and so many more happening throughout the year at Port Discovery!
Feature Events, Campaigns, & Promotions
November 16 : Little Hands Signing with Kathy MacMillan
Learn basic American Sign Language vocabulary as we explore the season through stories, songs, and more! Presented by Kathy MacMillan, author of the Little Hands Signing series.
November 17 : Sensory Friendly Sunday
Port Discovery’s Sensory Friendly Sundays provide Museum access to families who would benefit from a sensory friendly experience and quieter setting at Port Discovery two hours before opening to the general public.
November 26-27 : Thanksgiving Break
Fall into fun during Thanksgiving Break at Port Discovery! The museum will be open from November 26th-27th from 10AM to 5PM to the general public.
December 2 : Community Day
Visit Port Discovery for just $10 per person and enjoy 3 floors of fun, plus special performances and activities from our education team!
