Here’s a simple and fun recipe to make homemade ice cream in minutes using just a few ingredients and some shaking!
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 cup ice
- 1/3 cup rock salt
- In a small resealable bag, combine half and half, sugar and vanilla. Push out excess air and seal.
- Into a larger resealable bag, combine ice and rock salt. Place small bag inside large bag and shake for 7 to 10 minutes, until ice cream has hardened.
- Remove inner bag and enjoy with your favorite ice cream toppings.
