Kathryn has a Master’s Degree in History from University of Maryland, College Park.  In addition to working at the museum, Kathryn volunteers with the Maryland Book Bank. Kathryn’s favorite thing about Baltimore is how historic it is because she can feel this history around her everywhere she goes. Her favorite moment from her time at Port Discovery was Noontime New Year 2021. If she were any type of water vessel, she would be a pirate ship – full of history and excitement and freedom, flying a super awesome flag.

How Kathryn can help you: Kathryn supervises the hardworking Visitor Experience Team and ensures all guests have a wonderful day of play at Port Discovery. She also oversees and coordinates the museum’s team of awesome volunteers.
